Following Government guidance, our Showrooms have now reopened*. We have always taken the safety of our colleagues and customers very seriously and that responsibility is now even more important.
As a result, we have rearranged our Showroom layouts and updated many of our procedures, to both respect guidelines and ensure that customers and colleagues feel confident and safe in our dealerships.
The senior management team and Board of Directors of Sytner Group take the safety and well-being of our customers very seriously, and as such, in line with Government guidance regarding Coronavirus, a detailed new operating policy has been put into action, a copy of which is available on our website. The policy includes numerous social distancing and enhanced hygiene measures, new operating processes and the widespread introduction of personal protective equipment to ensure everyone’s safety.
Due to social distancing, please be aware that our service departments are all operating strictly on an appointment-only basis.
