I sent an email about an issue I had with my service, I did receive an answer phone message to say that my issue was being looked into and I would have a call back. I did write another email to say had received this message. This was two weeks.

I was told that my Birthday Check wouldn't be done immediately due to other bookings. When I explained that I had to get back to Caerphilly to collect my daughter from school, Jevan arranged for my car to have the check first so I could get home.

Had to constantly chase for update - repair took 9 day to rectify. Felt as it was covered by warranty, there was no urgency to complete. On collecting the car I was not supplied with a breakdown or any paperwork of the work had to request a copy
