Everyone is friendly, professional & knowledgeable regarding all things related to the lease of a car. We would like to add that Ryan was particularly helpful & even came in on his day off to do the handover. The hot chocky was also very good.

Time and attention devoted to us on the day of the test drive was impressive. Same again on collection. Email contact, video and photos were welcome - but not intrusive. Made us feel supported and informed the decisions we made about specifications.

Amazing, once again Russell at the Cardiff branch put a full tank of petrol in my new vehicle and took the time to show me all of the features. A week later I was experiencing a problem with my wash box and the garage sorted this out for free.
If they don't know, the staff find out, and if they do know, they give full answers.

Mini is received at Hadfield Road and then driven to Penarth Road for the mechanics to work on the vehicle. The poor guy on the service desk is run ragged trying to get updates on the vehicles for other customers (mine was a simple 1st service).
Mini Centre was great. The lady that greeted me when I walked in and later when I picked the car up was fab. Rhys was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with.
All my questions during the process were answered promptly and good communication was achieved via email.

The staff at the Mini Centre were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable: Steve Harris that sold me the car was excellent throughout the whole process. Tim Coyle who organised the finance ensured that that the process was painless.
Delivery was prompt and we were kept fully informed every step of the way. Rhys gave us help with every aspect of the transaction, was super helpful when showing us all the features of the car and was so patient.
Good service from Rhys however brand new mini needed new battery which resulted in 3hrs wait from stepping inside showroom to collect to driving car away. Team at sintar Cardiff were great in dealing with the issue however disappointing new car issue

Confusing service experience. Shifted to BMW then back to Mini, only to be told the work had to be completed at BMW. There was no time to get the car cleaned and vacuumed either
Issue with our mini was sorted but had to leave the vehicle overnight for what was initially diagnosed as a blown bulb. We didn't think that this was the case but the Service adviser was adamant it was. It wasn't!

Quick booking, everything completed on time
Everything ran as planned, the car was ready to drive away before the estimated time so my expectations were exceeded. Staff are helpful but as with most main dealerships very keen to generate more business.
I particularly liked the video I received of the health check.
Car was somewhat looked at. Customer service in branch was good, however the price for the service was very expensive.
