Lady in service area was very helpful. When booking car in for service was told it had to be there all day due to a fault I'd reported. The reality was car didn't enter the workshop until the afternoon.

Easy to make booking, friendly staff on arrival, tea/coffee and biscuits available and comfortable work area to sit whilst waiting. Car was ready after an hour, price was as quoted and was also given a video on the health of the car. Very impressed.
