The process was unnecessarily protracted. I started looking at the beginning of the year but couldn't get figures initially from Joshua and then Tom. Response to emails was either non existent or very slow. Showroom staff slow to engage with clients.

I love the car but the service that I had with the Harry Lowe who dealt with me throughout was fantastic. He was there at the end of a phone or email whenever I had a query. Cannot recommend his service enough as it was 5 star all the way!

The delivery of the car was great when it arrived, smooth and easy but the lead up wasn't the same unfortunately. There was a delay on the car, fine, but the communication throughout this wasn't what I would expect or have experienced before sadly.

Contact and communication is frustrating, excessively complicated and broken despite the very helpful staff behind the scenes. Please just have a phone number with someone answering it. Bots, texts, whatsapps, callbacks- stop it, it's impossible!

Would have liked more information on the time for service, on arrival at 8am was told it would be done in 2 hours however it was 4 hours, if known I would have requested a taxi. Updates on progress were not given , had to chase staff who were helpful

Had significant issues with Mini UK that meant the car was in the garage for 4 days. I have been offered a goodwill gesture voucher. I didn't expect such a significant issue with an 8 month old car.

Very well organised and friendly staff. I had to request information about what work would be carried out and potential costs where this has previously been covered automatically on my arrival. Taxi rides were not offered. Costs are too high.

My mini was given a temporary repair that wasn't guaranteed and isn't going to last long. I had informed the service team of the fault so this would have reduced the time of the diagnosis. Fault couldn't be fixed but I was still charged £150

I have no issues with Anne Marie who I dealt with. She was always polite and kept me informed. However my mini was with the dealership for almost 5 months while waiting for parts to arrive for a leaking sunroof.

Able to book in fairly quickly, communication was good. Did have a delay in the car being ready to pick up, but received a phone call well in advance so I was able to delay going to the garage which meant I was not waiting around.

Booking the car in is to much of a faff, phone then pick from a list of options, leave a message then have to wait for a call back. No thanks, not anymore, I'll use an independent in the future.

Advised to have bonnet struts changed at a cost of £110, due to the product being 4years old, not because they were faulty but mini do not maintain them. This I found strange having had minis for over 20years & this has never been mentioned before.

The automatic booking system enabled me to book a 90 min slot for a full engine service. The service staff advised that this cannot be achieved. Nevertheless, the service was completed in around 2 hours. All service staff were efficient and friendly.

Great customer service from Harry and the rest of the team, even when we changed our mind on things it was no issue and Harry was able to help us and responded to emails in a timely manner. The sweets on the event day were a great addition too!
