Really easy process. I felt that my wants for a car where adhered to and made a priority. I feel the delivery and timings of my car were communicated so I knew what to expect and could make time to collect.

Great service from Andrew when I first came to enquire about a new MINI (including the test drive) and when he came to deliver it to me. He was really helpful, going through all the features and really patient with my questions. He's a lovely person.

Very quick, efficient when sorting the documents and picking up the car. All of the team were so friendly and helpful, especially to my young baby.

Every member of staff we met went out of their way to ensure we were cared for. This included multiple drink offers, keeping us informed at every stage of any changes or issues and their actions to see these were resolved swiftly and accurately.
