I had not seen or test driven my new mini, as the dealership wasn't local to me, however the delivery/handover experience was perfect. Tom took plenty of time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions in language I understood (no jargon)

Whilst Ann-Marie on the Service Desk was very helpful I believe the Differential must have been faulty. This part is reputed to last over 200,000 miles on most descriptions. No reason for its failure was produced

We were sent to BMW for our service. Which we weren't told it was there until we arrived at Mini. Luckily it was only a couple of minutes drive away. We booked the 90 minute service. Unfortunately we were kept waiting for 3 and 1/2 hours.

All good on the day but irritating that I needed to shop around to get a competitive price. Sytner were originally 30% more expensive than other local Mini dealer for exactly the same work. Don't like the feeling of having to avoid being ripped off

Again, everything about Sytner Hadfield Road Cardiff seems to work well. The Reception Staff are polite and helpful, unfortunately, you don't get to talk to the people in the Workshop who do an excellent job.

The sales process, a year ago, was smooth and easy. The handover for this month's work and MOT and the collection were equally so. I was pleasantly surprised to find my car washed and vacuumed as well.

Great people but a bit disappointed to have similar problem to our last visit albeit a different electrical wire. Design of the convertible boot grommet is not ideal & very surprised at mini's poor design as there is constant movement open/close boot

When I arrived my car was not within the jobs for that day. I gave Chloe the reference number in the text received when the booking was made with the call centre. She assured me that it was all ok, I was concerned as I had booked a MOT.
