The whole experience was excellent. The staff that I interacted with (Tom and Ellie) were really nice and explained everything required with no pressure. They listened to my requirements and did their best to make sure I had the outcome that I wanted

Easy to book in. Video sent of initial inspection sent within a hr. Booked me an Uber to and from work so i didn't have to wait. The only thing that could have improved the score was notifying me my car was ready. I had to call after 4pm to find out

You have great staff on reception who made us feel welcome and valued. Chloe ensured that as new Mini owners we received answers to the 4 queries we had. Anne Marie printed off the service history and booked a recall uograde. Both were excellent

I noticed a crack in my windscreen the following morning, which wan't there when the car went in. I can't say whether this happened before, during or after the service but there must have been a chip to cause it to crack & suprised this wasn't seen.

With the video showing the underside of the car, it was obvious that I needed two new tyres, with the second one being due to probable pothole damage of which I was unaware. It is very reassuring to see this.

I waited for 2 hours, which is how long I was told it would take. My car come out of service after 2 hours and 5 minutes. However, I still waited for 20 minutes, and nobody came to get me, so I went myself to the service desk and paid.

Ann-Marie, the service duty manager, was particularly pleasant and helpful and booked taxis to and from Cardiff city centre for us. We didn't partake of drinks, but we were offered them on our arrival and return.

I had to bring in my car for service twice, because of parts not being available on the day. And now I am missing a wheel locking key. Doesn't my car send car health/teleservice to Sytner Cardiff? Because I know my BMW of the same age does.

The staff at Mini are very friendly and helpful, the only thing was on this visit is, I was very disappointed that we had to pay £120 to have the wheel weight balancing blocks moved from the outside of the wheel to the inside of the wheel of new car.

Our brand new Mini came with wheel balancing weight on outside of the wheels,so we requested to have the balancing weights put on the inside of wheels,as agreed, as it spoilt the feature of the car.We were disappointed that it cost £120.Unfair price.
