The handover from the old car to the new car was done swiftly. Plenty of information given on the features that were different in the new car and everything explained in plenty of detail.

The process was unnecessarily protracted. I started looking at the beginning of the year but couldn't get figures initially from Joshua and then Tom. Response to emails was either non existent or very slow. Showroom staff slow to engage with clients.

My Mini has been taken care of by Sytner Mini since I bought it in 2015. I never worry about anything, because I know they'll find anything long before it becomes a problem. They're always friendly and welcoming, so it's a pleasure to visit.

Communication was poor throughout. The technician's video referred to worn suspension bushes, while the written estimate quoted replacement of both lower arms. My request for clarification was not properly answered, leaving me with little confidence.

The initial booking being all online was a bit different to what I am used to and there wasn't an online option to book and MOT. However the customer service from the person on reception was excellent.

Easy to make booking, friendly staff on arrival, tea/coffee and biscuits available and comfortable work area to sit whilst waiting. Car was ready after an hour, price was as quoted and was also given a video on the health of the car. Very impressed.

Contact and communication is frustrating, excessively complicated and broken despite the very helpful staff behind the scenes. Please just have a phone number with someone answering it. Bots, texts, whatsapps, callbacks- stop it, it's impossible!
