Andrew was so helpful offered me a hot drink helped me through all the applications for my phone and car. Explained everything on the car and was absolutely brilliant. This is my fourth mobility vehicle and It was the best experience I've ever had.

I love the car but the service that I had with the Harry Lowe who dealt with me throughout was fantastic. He was there at the end of a phone or email whenever I had a query. Cannot recommend his service enough as it was 5 star all the way!

The delivery of the car was great when it arrived, smooth and easy but the lead up wasn't the same unfortunately. There was a delay on the car, fine, but the communication throughout this wasn't what I would expect or have experienced before sadly.

Harry was very patient and helpful with our decision making on which was the best mini for us and which means of purchasing suited us best. Following receipt a fault showed up on dashboard. Very helpful and efficient booking in fault & courtesy car

My mini was given a temporary repair that wasn't guaranteed and isn't going to last long. I had informed the service team of the fault so this would have reduced the time of the diagnosis. Fault couldn't be fixed but I was still charged £150

I have no issues with Anne Marie who I dealt with. She was always polite and kept me informed. However my mini was with the dealership for almost 5 months while waiting for parts to arrive for a leaking sunroof.

Able to book in fairly quickly, communication was good. Did have a delay in the car being ready to pick up, but received a phone call well in advance so I was able to delay going to the garage which meant I was not waiting around.

Booking the car in is to much of a faff, phone then pick from a list of options, leave a message then have to wait for a call back. No thanks, not anymore, I'll use an independent in the future.

Advised to have bonnet struts changed at a cost of £110, due to the product being 4years old, not because they were faulty but mini do not maintain them. This I found strange having had minis for over 20years & this has never been mentioned before.

The automatic booking system enabled me to book a 90 min slot for a full engine service. The service staff advised that this cannot be achieved. Nevertheless, the service was completed in around 2 hours. All service staff were efficient and friendly.

It was just okay. Brought car in at 10am for a scheduled MOT. They didn't even look at it until 2pm. Then, they barely washed the car and didn't even bother vacuuming.
