Chloe was extremely helpful, it was my first time at Sytner Cardiff since purchasing my Clubman JCW from Dick Lovett Swindon. It took a few minutes to set me up on their system then everything was flawless.

Sytner always give excellent customer service. My car service was completed 30 minutes later than I was originally told and I stayed on site waiting for the car. This wasn't an issue but the service employee reduced my bill to compensate.

See above. I was told £600 worth of work was needed and it wasn't. My car had been MOT'd two days previously and I knew there was nothing wrong. I returned to the MOT station and they confirmed the same.

when we picked up the car we were handed a sealed envelope. Disappointed no one came to explain after all the problems we had had to wait 20mins to see someone. Found oil on car seat and the health check all bodywork OK but car had existing damage.
