Teah was was excellent for the whole service. However, Josh the manager went back on his word about how much he would offer me for my old car 48 hours before handoverbof my new one. This certainly put a huge dampener on picking up my new car

I'm a bit perplexed that some of issues that needed addressing weren't done.. as it's a Motability vehicle these are always authorised however you says differently.. and on checking with Motability they also agreed that it would have been authorise.

Andrew and his team made us feel very welcome. He was clear, professional and respectful. We did not feel pressured into making a decision. Whole process including handover was smooth and we are enjoying our first Mini v much!
