MINI Cardiff helping Keep Wales Tidy!

Sytner MINI Cardiff has teamed up with Darryl Jones son of legendary Echo cartoonist Gren and Keep Wales Tidy to promote green causes.

Keep Wales Tidy and Heart and Soul of Wales have both already signed up for a permanent slot on a silver Clubman donated by Sytner Cardiff to help further their reach and give Welsh charities mobile advertising.

Darryl will take the car to charitable events when required across South Wales. He was approached by Louise Tambini, who wanted to associate Keep Wales Tidy with the Gren brand as it brought humour to a relatively dull topic. She said “We’re trying to make people realise that it is everybody’s responsibility to look after Wales”.

The Hengoed-born artist passed away in 2007, aged 72, but his family have worked hard to ensure he lives on. Darryl said “People haven’t let him disappear and it’s great to help good causes while keeping the name going”.

Keep a look out for the Clubman in South Wales!
