Quick and efficient service at Cardiff. Previously used Newport Sytner where I was left extremely disappointed with Mini.
Service good, complimentary valet not fantastic internally
Having to travel by train & walk 25 mins to Cardiff twice! Then to collect the car which was kept for 2 days with the squeak remaining. Also to be overcharged by £400 as parts were still in warranty & the customer service agent did not apologise.

At collection the Satnav didn't work. The car was taken back into the workshop but after 1hour, the problem was not rectified. A week later the garage had the car in for 24 hrs and it was rectified! I was also given wrong info on payment method.
Was done in a timely manner and the check on my electric window, which I was kindly informed that it just need to be recalobrated, which was a big relief.My Mini has the TLC package on it, which is great to know you don't have to factor the cost in.

Not clear on Aircon service requirements - why needed after only 2 years full service on a low mileage car.

Following a phone call about delivery date I felt the sales person was not happy with the date that was suitable for me . The sales person made me feel very uncomfortable.

Great service, Jordan is always brilliant, although there was confusion about date with person I originally booked with on the phone. Staff are helpful on site, and I always feel happy/comfortable to work remotely at Sytner while waiting for the car

Excellent service frrom Sytner Cardiff, and in particular Carys Williams the Sales Executive. Nothing was too much trouble and a very friendly attitude. Whilest the mini sold itself it was Carys that definately swung it away from a Ford.
